Update: Ronald Poppo, left, was the victim of a horrific cannibal attack at the hands of Rudy Eugene, Miami police said Tuesday.


Ronald Popo 65 years old is the homeless victim of the horrific face-chewing attack incident in Miami.


Rudy Eugene 31 years old was shot and killed by a police officer, who said that Rudy did not stop chewing Ronal Popo's face even after he was wounded.


The police had suggested that, Rudy Eugene might be under a "new potent form" of LSD.-

“Whenever we see that a person has taken all of his clothes off and has become violent, it’s indicative of this excited delirium that’s caused by an overdose of drugs,” Armando Aguilar of the Miami Fraternal Order of Police, told WSVN-Fox 7.

It was Larry Vega who witnessed the attack on a Saturday afternoon.

“The guy was, like, tearing him to pieces with his mouth, so I told him, ‘Get off!’” Vega told Miami television station WSVN. “The guy just kept eating the other guy away, like, ripping his skin.”

Vega warned the police about the incident, the police officer then shot Rudy Eugene (attacker) but still he did not stop chewing Popo's face so the police officer shot the attacker again killing him.


Popo remains in critical condition...

I was just doing my usual thing on the internet, then finally got bored so I opened another tab and typed in "Yahoo." Then I happened to stumbled upon this video, "a man is said to be eating another mans face!"
The video does't show the actual thing, it's to far and something is blocking the view.


However, the policed shot and killed the man who was not stopping in chewing the poor mans face. The man even growled at the police, an act of Cannibalism or a Zombie?
